Policy for Priority Meetings

We offer our heartfelt condolences during this exceedingly difficult time to you as a family who have lost a loved one.

We have your best interests and safety at heart and that of our staff and as such, we have implemented some measures to help keep everyone safe, we ask for your patience and co-operation by following a few simple rules:

• Face masks are to be worn at all times.
• Consultations will be done by appointment only, so that we can limit the number of people on the premises.
• Consultations on our premises will be limited to a maximum of two family members per consultation to facilitate social distancing.
• Viewings – only two family members at a time will be permitted to view. Others family members will be requested to wait outside
• Memorial services in our chapel will be restricted to a maximum of 15 people to facilitate social distancing. Services can be live streamed to allow additional family members to be a part of the service.
• Temperature Readings and Sanitizing of hands is compulsory.
